SHIPPING & RETURNS

We send cigarettes from Europe via air mail. Parcels are delivered to their addressees by Postal Services. Our cigarettes are shipped as registered mail with confirmation of delivery. You will have to sign for the packages while receiving them. Thus, the possibility of failed deliveries is absolutely excluded. We are convinced that this delivery way will be safe and more convenient for you.

RETURN POLICY

In case you are asked to pay any taxes, you may refuse to accept the packages and they will be sent back to us. We guaranty to issue you a refund for the returned goods less shipping fees upon their arrival. Please note that even in such case when you are asked to pay taxes, your total costs (product cost + shipping cost + duty tax) will still be substantially lower than the regular retail price in your country. Credits are only approved for unopened orders that are returned as denied-orders upon delivery and that are not signed for.
Upon product return, please email us (support@cigarettes-4-cheap.com), and state your order number and reason for the return.
If due to some reasons you decide to cancel an order when it has already been shipped out, you will be still charged for shipping and handling costs. A refund will be issued to your credit card once your parcel reaches our warehouse (it may takes up to 30 days depending on your location).
